BAC Canada Finance Company Extendible Step Up Notes (Series 4) were posted for trading Friday January 20, 2012 on an “if, as and when issued” basis. All trades up to and including January 27 will settle January 31, 2012, the Issue Date of the Notes.

On Monday, January 30, 2012 the Notes will begin trading on a regular settlement basis with accrued interest.
