BAC Canada Finance Company (the Company”) has notified the CSE that the maturity date of its Extendible Step-Up Note Series 4 (the “Note”) will not be extended.

The Note will mature on January 31, 2014. 

All trades on January 28 through January 31, 2014 will be for settlement on January 31, 2014.  The Notes will be delisted at the market close on January 31, 2014.
