Jager Resources Inc. has announced a name change to, Sora Capital Corp. and a share consolidation of its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of ten (10) current shares for one (1) new share. Where the Consolidation results in a fractional share, each fractional Common Share remaining after conversion that is less than one half of a Common Share will be cancelled and each fractional Common Share that is at least one-half of a Common Share will be changed to one whole Common Share.

 As a result of the consolidation, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 451,608. 

Shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis under the new name on February 20th, 2014.
