Plus Products Inc. has secured court protection from its creditors under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, (“CCAA”), in order to restructure its business and financial affairs.
At the request of the company the subordinate voting shares, warrants and debentures of Plus Producs Inc. will be delisted at market close on September 20, 2021.
