Pursuant to CNQ Rule 4-112, CNQ has received notice that  W.D. Latimer & Co. intends to relinquish its Market Making responsibilities on all CNQ issues.

Effective November 1, 2006, the firm will have the same restrictions on order entry for Market Maker Securities as all other CNQ dealers.  There are no issues that will not have a Market Maker as a result of this withdrawal.
