The Class "A" common shares of ACE/Security Laminates Corporation have been approved for listing on CNQ. There are approximately 27.7 million Class A common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 19.5 million shares. The Company manufactures its own range of safety and security laminates, and distributes its window films and laminates through a network of strategic partners and dealers.
